About The Position

R+L Carriers has an immediate need for an Inbound Router Supervisor at our Oklahoma City, OK Service Center to manage dock and dispatch operations. This role involves managing driver and freight handler operations, coordinating dock activities, and ensuring timely dispatching of LTL loads. The company emphasizes a culture of treating employees and customers with respect and honesty, believing that each employee contributes to the company's growth and success.

Requirements

• Proven basic leadership experience
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment
• Strong Organizational, Communication, and Logistical skills with solid problem-solving abilities
• Computer skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office products
• Knowledge of the City, and surrounding areas

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of quality freight handling
• Prior LTL leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Driver and Freight Handler Management
• Coordinate Dock Operation and Driver/Freight Handler scheduling
• Ensure Safety Compliance
• Ensure quality freight handling procedures are followed
• Timely dispatching of LTL Loads
• Other duties as assigned by the Service Center Manager
