About The Position

Urbanex Pest Control is hiring a Route Technician to serve homes and businesses in Nashville. The technician drives a company truck to approximately 10–12 customer locations each day, inspects for pests, applies treatments, and builds customer relationships. Technicians work independently on their routes with support from a local team and dispatcher. No prior experience is required; experienced pest control technicians may initially earn higher rates based on experience. The role offers a stated annual pay range of $45,000–$65,000, including base pay and monthly performance bonuses. The company provides a vehicle and fuel card for work and commuting, health and dental insurance, paid time off, and paid certifications and ongoing training. A promotion path is available from Route Technician to Lead Tech to Branch Manager.

Requirements

• Valid state pest control license or ability to obtain one.
• At least 21 years old, with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Comfort working outdoors in all weather, lifting equipment, and talking with customers.

Nice To Haves

• Pest control experience; experienced technicians may initially earn higher rates depending on experience.
• Experience in a related trade such as lawn care, HVAC, landscaping, or facilities work.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
