About The Position

The Route Settlement Coordinator will be responsible for daily monitoring and actioning of group inbox, running the register and invoicing processes for assigned facilities, and supporting operations as needed. This role is critical for subsequent reporting systems and ensures accurate invoicing for driver dispatch.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED)
  • 1 to 2 years of related experience

Responsibilities

  • Daily monitoring and actioning of group inbox, including but not limited to responding to inquiries and follow up on action items
  • Run register process for each RBD facility assigned to you – Coordinate with local leadership to ensure that invoices from the day are posted in VIP. Process is critical for all subsequent reporting systems
  • Run invoicing process for each RBD facility assigned to you– Coordinate with local leadership and logistics analysts to ensure that routed orders are invoiced and available for driver next day
  • Run reports as requested for each facility to include inventory, variance etc.
  • Correct invoice errors from prior day
  • Support operations as needed
  • Other projects or duties as assigned
