About The Position

We’re committed to investing in our communities and expanding our team! This role is for a Route Sales position (Class A CDL) in Effingham, IL & surrounding areas. The company offers paid training to get certified and ready to drive, and it is a Full-Time, Local Route position where employees are home daily. The job involves driving a company vehicle and delivering products to local customers, stocking, rotating, and merchandising products, collecting payments and getting customer signatures, completing daily paperwork and following safety inspections, and providing excellent customer service. Other duties as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED
• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
• Able to lift 30+ lbs.
• Must be able to work 8+ hours/day
• Ability to obtain a Class A CDL and Medical DOT Card

Nice To Haves

• Obtain a CDL Permit
• Pass DOT physical and get a Medical Card
• Complete New Employee Orientation and formal sales training
• Ride-along with team members to learn the business
• Get your Class A CDL certification

Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle and deliver products to local customers
