About The Position

Pepsi MidAmerica is a family-owned business with over 900 employees across Illinois, Missouri, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Arkansas. We’re committed to investing in our communities and expanding our team! This is a full-time, local routes position where you will be home daily, with no long-haul driving required. We offer paid training to get you certified and ready to drive, even if you don't have a CDL yet.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED
• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
• Able to lift 30+ lbs.
• Must be able to work 8+ hours/day
• Ability to obtain a Class A CDL and Medical DOT Card

Nice To Haves

• Obtain a CDL Permit
• Pass DOT physical and get a Medical Card
• Complete New Employee Orientation and formal sales training
• Ride-along with team members to learn the business
• Get your Class A CDL certification

Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle and deliver products to local customers
• Stock, rotate, and merchandise products
• Collect payments and get customer signatures
• Complete daily paperwork and follow safety inspections
• Provide excellent customer service
• Other duties as needed

Benefits

• Annual Pay: $49,400 - $52,000
• Commission Opportunity (with minimum guaranteed pay)
