About The Position
This role involves serving the Cumberland & Adams County, PA, markets. The Route Sales Representative will be responsible for keeping retail locations well-stocked and well-snacked. This includes building strong relationships with store teams, identifying opportunities to expand product placement, introducing new products and promotions, creating eye-catching displays, and helping to grow sales throughout the territory. The position is with Dieffenbach's, a 3rd generation, family-owned business that produces pretzels, popcorn, extruded snacks, and kettle chips.
Requirements
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift 25 lbs.
- Love of the open road and interacting with people.
- Organizational skills.
- Self-driven and able to hustle.
- Some sales or delivery experience (food-related experience is a bonus).

Responsibilities
- Deliver salty snack products to local grocery stores, convenience shops, and other retail locations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store teams and customers.
- Plan efficient daily routes.
- Ensure product freshness, proper stocking, and attractive product displays.
- Identify new sales opportunities and promote products and promotions.
- Log sales, deliveries, and customer interactions accurately.
- Maintain a tidy delivery truck.
