This role involves serving specific markets by keeping retail locations well-stocked and well-snacked with Dieffenbach's products. The representative will build strong relationships with store teams, identify opportunities for product placement expansion, introduce new products and promotions, create eye-catching displays, and help grow sales within their territory. The job is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, spotting opportunities, and seeing the direct results of their work.
Requirements
- Love of the open road and interacting with people.
- Some sales or delivery experience (food-related experience is a plus).
- Organization and self-drive.
- Ability to hustle.
- Ability to lift 25 lbs without difficulty.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Dieffenbach’s, Gibble’s, and Uglies salty snacks to local grocery stores, convenience shops, and other retail locations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store teams, greeting them and addressing their needs.
- Plan efficient routes for deliveries.
- Ensure product freshness, proper stocking, and attractive display.
- Identify new sales opportunities and promote products.
- Log sales, deliveries, and customer interactions accurately.
- Keep the delivery truck tidy.
