About The Position

AquaOne is looking for great drivers to fill positions as Route Sales Representatives (RSR) for established home and office delivery routes. Route Sales Representatives deliver quality products to customers in defined areas, valuing superior, personalized service. Qualified candidates must have a great attitude and a strong desire to succeed individually and as part of a team. Delivery routes involve the sale of a variety of products to established customers who consistently purchase specific items for their home or office.

Requirements

• At least 21 years old.
• Less than 3 moving violations in the last 2 years.
• No driving-related convictions in the last 5 years.
• Basic Math and Communication Skills.
• Basic Computer Operation (Tablet or Smartphone).
• Excellent Customer Service and Relationship Skills.
• Knowledge of Abilene and surrounding areas for routing purposes.
• A pre-employment verification is required including a Background Check, Motor Vehicle Report, and Screening for Substance Abuse.
