About The Position

PepsiCo’s Route Sales Associate brings brands such as Lay’s, Doritos, and Cheetos to local stores. The role involves driving a PepsiCo truck along a route, delivering and checking in orders, unloading and stocking products, rotating inventory, ordering product, and maintaining records with provided tools. The associate builds relationships with store managers to support sales, displays, and national and local initiatives. The position is part of a relief pool covering vacations and leaves of absence. Associates must be available to work any day Sunday through Saturday; days off rotate and schedules may change based on business needs. Once an associate bids on and wins a route, set days off apply. Start times are between 3 a.m. and 6 a.m., depending on format, and may change based on business needs. The workday ends when work is completed. Hands-on and classroom training are provided. The role is fast-paced and active, with most of the day spent on the go and involving lifting, bending, and moving product.

Requirements

Be at least 21 years of age.
Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and the ability to obtain other licenses as required by state law.
Be able to frequently lift 40 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Be available to work any day of the week, Sunday through Saturday.

Responsibilities

Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route and serve local stores.
Deliver orders and check them in with store teams, including collecting proof of delivery when needed.
Unload products, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to support freshness and quality.
Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools.
Build relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.
