About The Position

Bring beloved brands like Lay's, Doritos, and Cheetos to your community and keep shelves stocked for the people who depend on them. As a Route Sales Associate, you will drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care. You will deliver and check in orders with store teams, unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers. You will also order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools, and build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives. On-the-job training will be provided through hands-on and classroom learning. This is a high-energy, on-the-go role in a fast-paced, hands-on environment that involves lifting, bending, and moving product throughout your shift. Requirements

21 years of age or older
Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
