About The Position

The Route Sales Associate brings PepsiCo food brands, including Lay's, Doritos, and Cheetos, to local communities and keeps store shelves stocked. The associate drives a PepsiCo truck on a route, serves local stores, delivers and checks in orders, unloads and stocks products, and maintains product freshness and quality. The role also involves ordering product, maintaining daily records with provided tools, and building relationships with store managers to support sales and execute promotional initiatives. Hands-on and classroom training are provided. The work is fast-paced and active, with most of the day spent on the go and regular lifting, bending, and moving product. The position is located in Sylacauga, Alabama. Work days vary. Start time is between 4 a.m. and 6 a.m., depending on the route type, and the workday ends when the route is completed. Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older.
Must have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and the ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
Must be able to frequently lift 40 pounds, with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route and serve local stores.
Deliver and check in orders with store teams, including collecting proof of delivery when needed.
Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to maintain freshness and quality.
Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools.
Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.
