About The Position

The Route Sales Associate brings PepsiCo food brands, including Lay’s, Doritos, and Cheetos, to local stores. The associate drives a PepsiCo truck on an assigned route, delivers and checks in orders with store teams, unloads and stocks products, rotates inventory, and supports sales and merchandising initiatives. The role includes ordering product and maintaining records using provided tools, with training provided. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role spent on the go for most of the day. Work involves lifting, bending, and moving product throughout the shift. The schedule has variable work days, two days off per week, and starts at either 4:00 a.m. or 6:00 a.m.; the end time depends on when the work is completed. On-the-job training includes hands-on and classroom instruction. The posting lists an annual target pay of $64,000 and a $2,000 retention bonus for eligible hires. Requirements

Be at least 21 years of age.
Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and the ability to obtain other licenses as required by state law.
Be able to frequently lift 40 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
