About The Position
The Route Sales Associate drives a PepsiCo truck on a route to serve local stores, delivering beloved brands such as Lay's, Doritos, and Cheetos and keeping shelves stocked. The role is based in Lawrenceville, Georgia, with an annual target pay of $64,000. Start times are between 12 a.m. and 4 a.m.; end times vary, with an average workweek of 45–50 hours and two days off per week, scheduled based on business needs. The associate delivers and checks in orders with store teams, unloads product, stocks shelves and displays, rotates inventory, orders product, and maintains records using provided tools. The position involves building relationships with store managers to grow sales and execute display and promotional initiatives. Hands-on and classroom training are provided. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role spent on the move for much of the day, with lifting, bending, and moving product throughout the shift.
Requirements
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance and the ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
- Be able to frequently lift 40 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Responsibilities
- Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route and serve local stores.

- Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to maintain freshness and quality.
- Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools.
