About The Position

The Route Sales Associate drives a PepsiCo truck on a route serving local stores. The role delivers and checks in orders with store teams, including collecting proof of delivery when needed; unloads product, stocks shelves and displays, and rotates inventory to maintain freshness and quality; and orders product and maintains records using provided tools. The associate builds relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and carry out national and local initiatives. Hands-on and classroom training are provided. The work is fast-paced and hands-on, with the associate on the go for most of the day and lifting, bending, and moving product throughout the shift. The position is based in Salem, Virginia. The schedule is five workdays followed by two days off, with a start time between 3:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.; the end time depends on when the work is completed. The stated annual target pay is $62,100. Requirements

Be at least 21 years of age.
Have a valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
Be able to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation.
