About The Position
The Route Sales Associate drives a PepsiCo truck on a route to serve local stores. The role delivers and checks in orders with store teams, including collecting proof of delivery when needed. It unloads products, stocks shelves and displays, and rotates inventory to maintain freshness and quality. The associate orders products and keeps records using provided tools, with training provided. The role also builds relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and carry out national and local initiatives. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position spent on the go for most of the day. Work involves lifting, bending, and moving products throughout the shift. The role includes hands-on and classroom training. The listed annual target pay is $64,000. Location: Mishawaka, Indiana. Work days are described as rotating days off, with start times between 1 a.m. and 7 a.m.; end times vary based on route completion and business needs.
Requirements
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Have a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance, and be able to obtain other licenses as required by state law.
- Be able to frequently lift 40 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
