About The Position
The Route Sales Associate brings PepsiCo brands, including Lay's, Doritos, and Cheetos, to local communities and keeps store shelves stocked. The role drives a PepsiCo truck on an assigned route, delivers and checks in orders, unloads and stocks products, maintains inventory freshness, and supports sales and merchandising initiatives. The position includes hands-on and classroom training and involves working on the go in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Requirements
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and the ability to obtain other licenses as required by state law.
- Be able to frequently lift 40 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Responsibilities
- Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route and serve local stores.
- Deliver and check in orders with store teams, including collecting proof of delivery when needed.
- Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality.
- Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools.
- Build relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.
