Route Sales Associate
About The Position
The Route Sales Associate drives a PepsiCo truck on an assigned route, delivering and checking in orders at local stores. The role includes unloading product, stocking shelves and displays, rotating inventory to maintain freshness and quality, ordering product, and keeping records using provided tools. Associates build relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and carry out national and local initiatives. Hands-on and classroom training are provided. The position is based in Phoenix, Arizona, with a variable work schedule and two days off per week. The start time is 3:00 a.m.; the end time varies according to route completion and business needs. The work is fast-paced and hands-on, with the associate on the move for most of the day.
Requirements
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and the ability to obtain other licenses as required by state law.
- Be able to frequently lift 40 pounds, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
