About The Position

The Route Sales Associate brings PepsiCo brands such as Lay’s, Doritos, and Cheetos to local communities by delivering products and keeping store shelves stocked. The role involves driving a PepsiCo truck on an assigned route, serving local stores, delivering and checking in orders, unloading and stocking products, rotating inventory, ordering products, maintaining records, and building relationships with store managers to support sales and merchandising initiatives.

The position is based in Marion, Ohio. Work is five days per week with rotating days off. The average daily start time is 4:00 a.m.; the end time varies according to route completion and business needs. Employees receive hands-on and classroom training. The work is fast-paced and active for most of the day, with lifting, bending, and moving products throughout the shift. The posting lists an annual target pay of $65,000 and a $3,000 sign-on bonus paid in quarterly installments over the first two years.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years old.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and the ability to obtain other licenses as required by state law.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route and serve local stores.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams, including collecting proof of delivery when needed.
• Unload products, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to maintain freshness and quality.
• Order products and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools.
• Build relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.
