About The Position

Origlio, a family company that dominates the beer industry in the Southeastern, PA, is a 4th generation family owned employer, founded in 1933. We have the luxury of delivering the great taste of excellence. Our Merchandisers work in local stores to keep Origlio Beverage products top of mind and fully stocked at all designated accounts. This role will touch all channels of Off Premise, Grocery and some On premise. Duties include route relief for vacation gaps and assisting in store resets.

Requirements

Must have a valid driver's license.
Must have a driving record with no major moving violations in the last three (3) years.

Nice To Haves

Managing established sales routes and visiting retail, grocery, or bar accounts when the dedicated representative is on leave.
Customer Service: Point-of-contact handling for order placement, troubleshooting delivery issues, and tracking product availability.
Merchandising: Ensuring proper product placement, rotating stock according to freshness codes, and setting up promotional displays.
Administrative Support: Handling data entry, processing invoices, and coordinating between the warehouse fulfillment teams and the sales department.
College degree preferred

Responsibilities

Maintains product in Store racks, shelves, displays, and coolers by identifying replenishment needs.
Transports product between storage area and display floor with manual equipment (for example, pallet jack, hand truck).
Utilizes hand tools to replenish, face, and rotate product.
Builds, changes, and takes down product displays.
Maintains product signage.
Route relief for vacation gaps.
Assist in store resets.
