About The Position

Signature Retail Services is hiring a part-time Route Merchandising Associate to service home improvement stores, including The Home Depot and Lowe's, in the Downingtown, Exton, Frazer, and Parkesburg, Pennsylvania territory. The associate works independently and travels between assigned stores using a personal vehicle. The role involves merchandising products, building displays, executing planograms, completing in-store surveys and audits, and supporting seasonal resets. The position offers approximately 25–30 hours per week at a starting rate of $17.00–$19.00 per hour. No prior experience is necessary; paid hands-on weekday training is provided. Employment is contingent upon completing applicable pre-employment requirements, which may include a background check, motor vehicle record review, and employment eligibility verification. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
Located within approximately 30 minutes of the listed territory.
Valid driver's license and current auto insurance, with the candidate listed as an insured driver.
Access to a reliable personal vehicle for travel between assigned store locations.
A smartphone with phone, text, email, and internet access for daily communication and reporting.
Able to meet the physical demands of frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, twisting, and climbing rolling staircases or step ladders.
Able to regularly lift and move products or materials weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.

Previous merchandising experience is a plus but is not required.

Responsibilities

Travel independently throughout the assigned territory using a personal vehicle to service store locations.
Conduct store audits, execute product resets, merchandise products, and maintain planogram compliance.
Install price labels, point-of-purchase materials, fixtures, and displays.
Down-stock merchandise, maintain shelf conditions, and keep products fully stocked and customer-ready.
Partner with store personnel to check inventory levels, flag replenishment needs, and place product orders as needed.
Serve as a product expert for store associates and customers.
Represent Signature Retail Services and its client partners professionally in stores.
Manage the schedule to complete store visits and projects on time.
Communicate promptly about attendance, scheduling, or issues that could affect a store visit.
