About The Position

Signature Retail Services is hiring a part-time Route Merchandising Associate to service Big-Box Home Improvement stores in the Manchester, New Hampshire market, including The Home Depot and Lowe's. The role involves independently traveling to assigned stores to merchandise products, build displays, execute planograms, conduct store audits, support seasonal resets, and maintain store presentation. The schedule is flexible and approximately 25–35 hours per week, with starting pay of $17.00–$19.00 per hour. Paid, hands-on weekday training is provided, and previous merchandising experience is not required. The territory includes store locations in Manchester, Pelham, Londonderry, Hooksett, Bedford, and Amherst, New Hampshire. Regular travel between assigned stores is essential, using a reliable personal vehicle. This is a physically active position involving frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, twisting, climbing rolling staircases or step ladders, and regularly lifting or moving products or materials weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance. Employment is contingent on completion of applicable pre-employment requirements, which may include a background check, motor vehicle record review, verification of employment eligibility, and other screenings. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
Must live within approximately 30 minutes of the listed territory.
Must have a valid driver's license and current auto insurance, with the employee listed as an insured driver.
Must have access to a reliable personal vehicle for travel between stores.
Must have a smartphone with phone, text, email, and internet access for daily communication and reporting.
Must be able to frequently stand, walk, bend, stoop, twist, and climb rolling staircases or step ladders.
Must regularly lift and move products or materials weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
Must complete applicable pre-employment screening requirements.

Previous merchandising experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Travel independently throughout the assigned territory using a personal vehicle to service stores.
Conduct store audits, execute product resets, merchandise products, and maintain planogram compliance.
Install price labels, point-of-purchase materials, fixtures, and displays.
Down-stock merchandise, maintain shelf conditions, and keep products fully stocked and customer-ready.
Partner with store personnel to check inventory levels, flag replenishment needs, and place product orders as needed.
Serve as a product expert for store associates and customers.
Represent Signature Retail Services and its client partners professionally in each store.
Manage the schedule to complete store visits and projects on time.
Communicate promptly about attendance, scheduling, or anything that could affect a store visit.
Support additional tasks as assigned to meet business objectives.
