Route Manager
About The Position
Kept Companies is a commercial cleaning and maintenance company with nine brands and over 100 locations nationwide. It provides services including commercial fleet washing, retail equipment refurbishing and sales, refrigeration, hood, coil and solar panel cleaning, and parking lot services. The Route Manager dispatches crews and equipment, inspects work, manages route efficiency and schedules, reconciles work and billing, supports HR activities, maintains vehicles and equipment, and responds to operational issues and customer concerns. Pay is $1,100 per week, with a weekly bonus if qualified. Benefits are available after 90 days.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Experience in route management or field supervision.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with scheduling and billing workflows.
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Dispatch crews and ensure the correct equipment is sent to job sites.
- Inspect work and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor route efficiency and optimize schedules.
- Reconcile work, routes, and billing daily and weekly.
- Assist with HR activities such as hiring, training, and reviews.
- Ensure vehicles and equipment are prepared and maintained.
- Respond to operational problems, emergencies, and customer complaints.
