Route Manager
About The Position
Kept Companies is the nation’s largest self-performing commercial cleaning and maintenance company. It has nine leading brands and over 100 locations nationwide, serving industries including restaurant, solar, retail, transportation, and supermarket. The company provides commercial fleet washing, retail equipment refurbishing and sales, refrigeration, hood, coil and solar panel cleaning, and parking lot services. The Route Manager dispatches crews and equipment to job sites, inspects work, monitors route efficiency, and reconciles work, routes, and billing. The role also supports hiring, training, and reviews; ensures vehicles and equipment are prepared and maintained; and responds to operational problems, emergencies, and customer complaints. The stated pay rate is $1,100 per week, with a weekly bonus if qualified. Benefits are offered after 90 days.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Experience in route management or field supervision.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with scheduling and billing workflows.
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Dispatch crews and ensure the correct equipment is sent to job sites.
- Inspect work and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor route efficiency and optimize schedules.
- Reconcile work, routes, and billing daily and weekly.
- Assist with HR activities such as hiring, training, and reviews.
- Ensure vehicles and equipment are prepared and maintained.
- Respond to operational problems, emergencies, and customer complaints.
