About The Position
Leadpoint Business Services is seeking a dynamic leader for a Route Lead position in Lewisville, TX. This role supports the day-to-day performance of Leadpoint’s team on assigned residential recycling routes. The Route Lead collaborates with driver helpers, support staff, department managers, and Leadpoint leadership to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable route operations. Responsibilities include on-route support, workforce coordination, communication with employees and management, identifying and resolving operational issues, assisting with performance tracking, safety initiatives, training, and maintaining strong customer service.
Requirements
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office and other workplace technology.
- Strong communicator capable of effectively engaging with driver helpers, support staff, department managers, clients, and senior management to ensure smooth coordination of operations.
- Previous experience managing or supporting routes is required.
- Ability to motivate, support, and lead team members while maintaining operational efficiency and meeting performance expectations in the dynamic environment of residential recycling routes.
- Quick-thinking problem solver with the ability to identify and address issues such as route disruptions, defects, staffing challenges, and other operational concerns to minimize the impact on service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Efficient time manager skilled at prioritizing tasks and allocating resources effectively to meet the daily demands of residential recycling routes.
- Hands-on experience and knowledge relevant to route operations, waste and recycling, labor efficiency, and daily operational processes.
- Demonstrates a commitment to continuous learning and development, with the ability to adapt to new technologies, processes, and organizational practices while promoting collaboration, accountability, and effective skills transfer within the team.
- CLEAN DRIVING RECORD IS REQUIRED

Responsibilities
- Provide on-route support to driver helpers and support personnel

- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training of employees
- Support administrative and payroll-related tasks
- Promote and support safety programs and procedures
- Help maintain operational efficiency and quality service throughout residential recycling routes
