About The Position

H&S Enterprises, Inc. works exclusively with Cash-Wa Distributing to deliver to its customers. Cash-Wa Distributing is a large privately owned food service distributor in the Midwest, and continued growth in its markets has increased the stops and routes performed by H&S Enterprises, creating additional opportunities for drivers.

The Route Driver works a Monday–Friday route, is home every night, and helps local businesses grow. Routes begin early in the morning, between 2:30 a.m. and 4:30 a.m. depending on the assigned route, and typically end in the early to mid-afternoon. End times vary with order size. Drivers average 45–50 hours per week. Longer routes are moving toward four-day schedules averaging about 45 hours per week, with occasional five-day weeks to cover routes as needed. The posting also welcomes trainees who can obtain a CDL within three months.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a current Class A CDL or be able to obtain one within three months.
• Have a good driving record.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Be able to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders to Cash-Wa Distributing customers along assigned routes.
• Help local businesses grow by building connections with customers.
• Cover routes as needed, including occasional five-day weeks.
