About The Position

The Route Driver / Service Technician safely operates a company vehicle to deliver 5-gallon water bottles, salt bags, and filters to residential and business customers. The role also performs standard functionality tests, troubleshoots basic equipment problems, and installs or removes water treatment systems. As a customer-facing brand ambassador, the technician answers customer questions, resolves minor complaints, and explains water quality. The role identifies equipment upgrade opportunities, recommends additional products, and generates new accounts. It also involves planning efficient routes, processing delivery orders and payments, managing invoices and route books, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, and loading and unloading products using dollies or forklifts.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record.
Ability to safely lift and move heavy products, frequently lifting 50–90 lbs repetitively.
Ability to pass a DOT physical, drug screen, and background check.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Basic aptitude for mechanically inclined work and basic plumbing or troubleshooting.

Prior route, delivery, or mechanical experience is preferred but not required; comprehensive training is provided.
