About The Position

As a Route Driver - Marshall, you’ll keep Coca-Cola products moving fast and flawlessly across the Marshall, MN area—delivering the kind of service customers count on every day. This role exists to ensure accurate deliveries, sharp presentation in-store, and smooth cash-and-invoice closeout. Your day kicks off with a DOT-focused pre-trip inspection, then a quick check-out to confirm inventory before you roll. On the route, you’ll hit customer stops, keep interactions upbeat and professional, and use handheld tools to keep invoicing tight and accurate. Back at the warehouse, you’ll complete the check-in process, sort empties, and keep communication flowing with sales around displays and signage. You’ll wrap by keeping your truck clean, organized, and ready for the next run.

Requirements

• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
• Pass Motor Vehicle Check per Vehicle Safety Policy
• Pass federal medical evaluation and required testing
• Strong knowledge of traffic laws/defensive driving, plus basic math and clear paperwork
• Must be able to pass Pre-employment physical & drug screen

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a commercial vehicle and complete required route delivery work
• Deliver, unload, rotate, and merchandise product to company standards
• Handle customer payments, returns, and equipment/shell retrieval
• Complete invoicing and paperwork using handheld devices/printers
