Route Delivery Driver
About The Position
Hall's Culligan of Cleveland, Ohio is looking for an outgoing, upbeat team member who is driven to succeed as our new Route Delivery Driver. We’re looking for an enthusiastic Route Sales Representative/Route Driver to join the growing team at Culligan Water, a trusted leader in water solutions dedicated to delivering high-quality service and exceptional customer care. This is an exciting opportunity for a career-minded professional who enjoys being face-to-face with both residential and business customers, building strong relationships, and delivering personalized service. In this role, you’ll connect directly with customers on your route, create lasting partnerships, and represent a brand known for reliability and innovation in water treatment.
Requirements
- Must maintain a valid Driver’s License
- Excellent communication and customer service skills required to be successful
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older and be able to successfully pass, and maintain, a driving record check to be insurable by the Company in order to operate a company vehicle
- Must be able to safely operate/drive a truck up to 26,001 lbs on a daily basis for approximately 8-10 hours
- Must be able to lift up to 90lbs on a repetitive basis
- Must remain physically capable, with or without reasonable accommodation, to perform the duties required of this position
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to self-direct activities and manage time to ensure productivity
- Ability to thrive and multi-task in an active working environment
- Demonstrated competency in Windows, and other software platforms
- Outstanding “team” attitude
Nice To Haves
- 2-5 years of previous sales experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Deliver first class customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and build loyalty with the customers on established route.
- Represent the Company and its brands professionally, knowledgeably, and positively at all times.
- Check truck each day before leaving the warehouse to ensure it is loaded correctly and with adequate product to complete the scheduled route.
- Complete all deliveries on route as scheduled, being sure to complete the route every day without skipping customer stops.
- Other Duties as assigned
