About The Position

As a Rotomold Machine Operator, you will play a key role in the production of high-quality rotomolded parts. This position involves operating and maintaining rotational molding equipment, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and working collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred.
Prefer one to three years manufacturing experience preferred.
Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written or verbal form.
Ability to read and interpret basic documents, safety rules and other correspondence.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide using basic math skills.
Ability to count and measure.
Demonstrated ability to perform duties with direction.
Demonstrates ability to use handheld tools as necessary.
Demonstrates blueprint reading skills.
Demonstrates ability to complete all paperwork necessary for the position/department when required.
Ensure facility maintenance through housekeeping, keeping product and facility secure, and maintaining the assets of the facility.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain rotational molds and related equipment.
Accurately measure and pour plastic powder into molds.
Safely operate overhead cranes, forklifts, and various hand tools.
Demonstrate proficiency in the use of standard manufacturing tools.
Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and comply with ISO procedures.
Contribute to meeting daily production goals and minimizing scrap.
Maintain accurate and timely production records and documentation.
Communicate effectively with colleagues in various departments.
Follow established safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Perform other duties as assigned to meet department goals.
