About The Position

A well-established, fully staffed family in the Boston suburb of Brookline is seeking an exceptional FULL-TIME ROTATIONAL NANNY to join their household on a 7-days-on, 7-days-off schedule beginning July 1, 2026. This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a true career nanny who understands the privilege and responsibility of working within a large, professional household and is ready to bring their very best to two young girls every single shift. The family has two girls, ages 2 and 3, and the household runs with the precision and professionalism of a well-managed estate. Staff includes a Lead ROTA Nanny, weekday nanny, Estate Manager, Personal Assistant, Chef, Executive Housekeeper, Junior Housekeepers, and Security. The incoming ROTA Nanny will report directly to the Lead ROTA and is expected to integrate seamlessly into existing standards, routines, and household culture. This is not an entry-level role and it is not for someone who needs significant direction. Autonomy, discretion, and the ability to operate within a structured, high-functioning team are non-negotiable. The schedule runs Tuesday to Tuesday, 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with 24-hour availability as needed during the 7-day on shift. This is a live-out position, however the family may request overnight assistance during the on-shift week when needed. Candidates must be comfortable with that flexibility and able to respond accordingly. The family travels extensively, spending 60 or more days per year with the children, including time at their vacation home in Mexico. A candidate who is genuinely excited about travel and comfortable crossing international borders regularly is essential to this role. Local candidates are strongly preferred, though relocation assistance is available for an exceptional match.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 to 10 years of post-college professional childcare experience
  • Prior rotational placement experience
  • Prior fully staffed household experience
  • Autonomy, discretion, and the ability to operate within a structured, high-functioning team
  • Comfortable with flexibility and responding accordingly to requests for overnight assistance
  • Genuinely excited about travel and comfortable crossing international borders regularly
  • Comfort with pets (family has a dog)
  • BA/BS COLLEGE DEGREE | AA IN RELATED FIELD OF STUDY | OR A MINIMUM OF 5+ YEARS OF PROFESSIONAL NANNY EXPERIENCE
  • Up-to-date First-Aid & CPR certification (willingness to renew as needed)
  • Ability to make a one-year commitment
  • Passion for working with children
  • 5+ years of childcare experience in any field
  • Excellent work and personal references
  • U.S. Driver’s License (does not apply to NYC residents)
  • Competent swimmer
  • Non-smoker
  • Must be live-scanned and registered with Trustline if you are CA resident
  • Willingness to sign our no-cell phone driving signed guarantee
  • Eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Willingness to complete our Stop the Silence training upon membership
  • Current on TDAP and influenza vaccinations
  • Comfortable signing an NDA
