About The Position

The North America Rotational Analyst Program is a full-time, cohort-based rotational development program designed for recent graduates. Participants will have the opportunity to launch their careers with leading brands within Carnival Corporation, such as Carnival Cruise Line and Princess Cruises. The program aims to build professional networks across the organization and provide hands-on experience in various business functions including business analytics, strategy, finance, operations, technology, and project management. Analysts will gain valuable experience through rotational assignments, business projects, executive exposure, and mentorship, developing the skills necessary for long-term career success within Carnival Corporation and its brands.
