North America Rotational Analyst Program - Seattle
About The Position
The North America Rotational Analyst Program is a full-time rotational development program designed for recent graduates interested in building careers in business analytics, strategy, finance, operations, technology, project management, and other business functions. Participants benefit from the scale and resources of Carnival Corporation while gaining hands-on experience within one of our leading North America brands. You’ll join a shared North America cohort and are placed with a participating brand or corporate function based on business needs, available openings, candidate qualifications, and stated preferences. While participants remain aligned to a single organization throughout the program, they engage in development opportunities alongside peers from across Carnival's North America brands. Through rotational assignments, hands-on business projects, executive exposure, and ongoing mentorship, analysts gain valuable experience while developing the skills needed for long-term career success within Carnival Corporation and its family of brands. Placement opportunities vary based on business needs and available openings. Applicants will have the opportunity to indicate preferred brands and work locations during the recruitment process.
