About The Position

The North America Rotational Analyst Program is a full-time, cohort-based rotational development program designed for recent graduates. It offers participants the opportunity to launch their careers with leading Carnival Corporation brands in North America, such as Carnival Cruise Line and Princess Cruises. The program aims to build professional networks across the broader Carnival organization and provide hands-on experience in various business functions. Participants will engage in rotational assignments, business projects, executive exposure, and mentorship to develop skills for long-term career success. Placement is based on business needs, openings, candidate qualifications, and preferences. While aligned to a single organization, development opportunities are shared with peers from across Carnival's North America brands.

Requirements

Recent graduates interested in building careers in business analytics, strategy, finance, operations, technology, project management, and other business functions.
