About The Position

The Rotational Analyst Program is a 2-year program designed to provide comprehensive exposure to various investment teams within credit and equities, including U.S. Corporates, Real Estate, Structured Products, Long/Short Credit, Long/Short Equities, Convertible Arbitrage, Merger Arbitrage, and Special Situations. The program offers training in Excel, corporate finance, and accounting, with a significant emphasis on learning through apprenticeship. In the second year, analysts focus on a single team for deeper skill development. High-performing analysts may have the opportunity to continue with the firm beyond the two years.
Requirements
- Strong academic achievement and analytical skills including a minimum GPA of 3.5 from a leading institution.
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Ability to think quickly, critically and objectively
- Team player who enjoys collaborative workflows while taking on ownership and accountability.
- Self-motivated, proactive and entrepreneurial spirit
- Interest in markets and investing

Responsibilities
- Working with the investment teams to identify, research and recommend potential investments and monitor an investment from initiation to conclusion
- Managing existing public and private market exposures.
