We are seeking an Rotation Program Support Specialist 1 to join our Security and Electronic Systems (SES) business Unit. As part of (SES) Strategic Business Unit you will be part of a team that designs, engineers, integrates, operates and maintains electronic security services inclusive of intrusion detection, access control, biometric authentication, video surveillance, audio visual, it systems, perimeter defense and command and control systems for federal, local and commercial customers across high-growth markets.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma with 6+ years of experience or 4+ with an Associates degree or 0+ years of experience with a Bachelors degree.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and resolve practical problems.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to deal effectively and tactfully with a wide variety of individuals in person, via telephone and in writing.
  • Must have strong multitasking skills.
  • Must have strong computer skills in word processing, spreadsheets, interaction with customer portals.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite; knowledge of MS SharePoint.

Responsibilities

  • Provides dedicated administrative, coordination, and operational support to the ERP Lead.
  • Helps ensure the efficient execution of ERP activities by supporting recruiting logistics, onboarding coordination, rotation tracking, participant transitions, placement documentation, travel arrangements, offer letter processing, reporting, and other program administration needs.
  • Serves as an administrative point of coordination between candidates, rotation engineers, hiring managers, program teams, and program leadership, while working under the direction of the ERP Lead.
  • Maintains accurate program data, coordinates routine communications, organizes logistics, and supports key program processes.
  • Supports Rotation Program recruiting activities by coordinating interview scheduling, candidate communications, recruiting logistics, and offer processing under the direction of the ERP Lead.
  • Schedules interviews, coordinates required logistics, and maintains accurate recruiting and candidate tracking records.
  • Updates recruiting trackers and applicable systems with interview status, evaluation feedback, candidate disposition, and hiring decisions.
  • Supports candidate disposition activities within applicable applicant tracking systems and coordinates follow-up actions as needed.
  • Coordinates onboarding activities for incoming rotation engineers, including background checks, drug screenings, compliance documentation, new hire paperwork, and other readiness requirements.
  • Tracks onboarding progress and follows up with candidates, recruiters, HR, managers, and internal support teams to help ensure new hires are ready to begin on schedule.
  • Serves as a primary administrative point of contact for rotation engineers, managers, recruiters, program teams, and program leadership, coordinating routine communications related to rotations, placements, milestones, and program logistics.
  • Coordinates rotation readiness requirements, including travel arrangements, site access, PPE, badging, system access, and other onboarding or transition-related logistics.
  • Maintains rotation schedules, transition plans, and program records to support operational readiness and continuity throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Maintains program databases, trackers, and reporting tools, ensuring participant, rotation, placement, recruiting, onboarding, and performance-related data is accurate and current.
  • Prepares and maintains routine program reports, dashboards, status updates, and other administrative materials for the ERP Lead and program stakeholders.
  • Administers participant feedback surveys, compiles results, and supports the ERP Lead in identifying trends, process improvements, and opportunities to improve the rotation engineer experience.
  • Coordinates placement-related administrative activities with hiring managers, program teams, and program leadership, including tracking open needs, documenting placement decisions, and supporting transition actions.
  • Supports continuous improvement efforts by maintaining process documentation, tracking action items, organizing program records, and assisting with updates to program tools and workflows.
