The ROOTS Hub Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supporting implementation activities associated with one or more strategic initiatives in support of organizational goals and priorities. This position partners with executive leadership, business stakeholders, project sponsors, vendors, community partners, and other stakeholders to develop and manage project plans, coordinate implementation activities, monitor progress toward milestones and deliverables, facilitate stakeholder engagement, and support successful achievement of project objectives and business outcomes. Initial assignments may include support for grant-funded, community-based, operational transformation, technology, or healthcare-related initiatives.
