About The Position

The Root Cause Manager at H2 plays a critical role in enhancing manufacturing processes by identifying, analyzing, and resolving the underlying causes of production issues. Requirements

• Manufacturing, Quality Management, or a related technical field experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial environments with a focus on quality and process improvement.
• Proven expertise in root cause analysis methodologies and problem-solving frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality standards and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage cross-functional teams.
• Analytical and critical thinking skills daily to dissect complex manufacturing problems and identify their fundamental causes.
• Strong communication skills are essential for leading cross-functional teams and conveying technical information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Leadership and project management skills enable the manager to coordinate multiple investigations and improvement projects simultaneously, ensuring timely resolution.
• Proficiency with root cause analysis tools and data analytics software supports evidence-based decision-making and continuous process optimization.
• Knowledge of manufacturing systems and quality standards ensures that solutions are practical, compliant, and aligned with organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate root cause analysis sessions using structured problem-solving tools such as 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagrams, and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, quality, and production to identify process gaps and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Develop and maintain documentation of root cause investigations, corrective action plans, and follow-up activities to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Monitor key performance indicators related to product quality and process efficiency to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Train and mentor team members and stakeholders on root cause analysis techniques and continuous improvement best practices.
• Coordinate with customers and external partners when root causes are linked to external components or services.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that reduce downtime, scrap rates, and operational costs while enhancing product reliability.
