Omni San Francisco is seeking a Rooms Guest Service - Bellperson to ensure guests’ arrival and departure experience is pleasurable and informative. This role requires demonstrating and maintaining 4-Diamond standards of service, greeting guests warmly, assisting with luggage, orienting guests to room amenities, and providing information about the hotel and surrounding area. The position also involves assisting with package delivery, resolving guest requests, adhering to company policies, maintaining a clean and tidy appearance, and keeping the lobby and main drive clean. A thorough knowledge of hotel events, promotions, amenities, and services, as well as emergency procedures, is essential. The role may also include other duties assigned by management.
