About The Position
Under the direction of the Front Office Manager, the incumbent manages intraday hotel inventory to maximize room revenue and efficiencies by blocking and coordinating guest room assignments based on guest arrival and departure patterns.
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Minimum of one (1) year of front desk experience
- Prior high-volume customer service experience
- High degree of interpersonal and customer relation skills necessary to ensure total guest satisfaction
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
