Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous food & beverage or hospitality service experience preferred.
Experience with POS systems and cash handling a plus.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and service presentation standards.
Ability to carry trays, push service carts, and lift up to 30–40 lbs.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines.
Professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

Deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms in a timely and courteous manner.
Review orders for accuracy, proper presentation, and completeness before delivery.
Set up in-room dining tables or trays according to service standards.
Explain menu items, service procedures, and remove covers for guests.
Retrieve trays and carts from guest rooms and hallways promptly.
Handle guest payments when applicable and ensure accurate check processing.
Communicate guest concerns or feedback to management immediately.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of room service areas, carts, and equipment.
Restock condiments, supplies, and amenities as needed.
Follow all safety, sanitation, and company policies.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
