The In-Room Dining Server is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our ever-discriminating guests. Always just a telephone call away, around the clock, the In-Room Dining team provides a wide selection of food and beverage options delivered to the comfort of guests’ rooms. The In-Room Dining Server offers guests an enjoyable and expertly served dining experience while conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence, food quality, professionalism, and friendliness equal to that of the finest restaurant in the city.
Requirements
- Affinity for guest service
- Excellent personal presentation
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to perform to Four Seasons standards
- Ability to learn the sequence of service
- Ability to push up to 30 lbs
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Solid food and wine knowledge
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
