About The Position

Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking a Room Service Order Taker to join their dynamic Food & Beverage Team. This role is crucial for delivering an exceptional Food & Beverage experience to guests by coordinating Room Service experiences with a detailed and guest-focused perspective. The Order Taker will receive guest requests, communicate directly with the team, and act on guest needs, both expressed and unspoken, to ensure a personal dining experience. Intuition and articulation are essential for success in this role. As the hotel operates 24/7, flexibility in working mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Requirements

• Ability to use Microsoft Office programs such as Excel and Word
• TABC & Food Handlers Certifications required
• Work authorization in the United States
• Flexibility in working mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of MICROS preferred
• One to two years’ experience working in Food & Beverage preferred
