About The Position

Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking a Room Service Order Taker to join their dynamic Food & Beverage Team. This role is for an individual who is excited and dedicated to serving guests, coordinating Room Service experiences through a detailed and guest-focused perspective. The Order Taker will receive guest requests and communicate directly with the team to deliver a personal dining experience, taking action on guest needs, both express and unspoken. Intuition and articulation are essential for success in this role. As the hotel operates 24/7, 365 days a year, flexibility in working mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Requirements

• Ability to use Microsoft Office programs such as Excel and Word
• TABC & Food Handlers Certifications
• Work authorization in the United States

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of MICROS preferred
• One to two years’ experience working in Food & Beverage preferred
