Requirements

  • Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
  • Ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems, including MICROS, Microsoft Office, OpenTable and labor management and payroll systems
  • Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities. This may include some evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Safely lift, push, pull, and transport trays, carts, and equipment weighing up to 40 pounds.
  • Ability to stand and walk up to 8 hours.
  • Successful candidates must possess legal work authorization in the United States

Nice To Haves

  • 1 or more years experience in Food and Beverage.
  • Previous Experience in hotel and fine dining preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Answer guest calls and respond to requests through the hotel's chat application, accurately taking in-room dining orders while accommodating special requests and dietary preferences.
  • Offer quick, correct, precise and friendly service while accommodating guests’ specific requests and ensuring timeliness of service.
  • Deliver exceptional, personalized service to every guest in accordance with Four Seasons Standards, creating memorable in-room dining experiences.
  • Enter guest orders accurately into the hotel's point-of-sale (POS) system and communicate special requests clearly to the culinary team.
  • Coordinate the timely delivery of in-room dining orders with In-Room Dining Servers to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to Four Seasons service standards.
  • Prepare, assemble, and organize dining carts, trays, and guest amenities to ensure exceptional presentation and service.
  • Assist In-Room Dining Servers with order setup, amenities, and service preparation to support seamless guest experiences.
  • Create, assemble, and deliver guest amenities and special occasion arrangements to enhance each guest's stay.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of food, beverage, and wine offerings to confidently answer guest questions and provide recommendations.
  • Ensure all guest requests are handled promptly, professionally, and with attention to detail.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, culinary teams, and fellow team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.
  • Perform opening, closing, and side-work duties, including polishing silverware, stocking supplies, organizing service areas, and maintaining cleanliness.
