The coordinator will communicate guest orders, including special needs, to the kitchen via the hotel's point-of-sales system, verify completed kitchen orders against the original order, and ensure timely delivery of items to guestrooms by Room Service Servers to maintain food quality. Responsibilities also include accurately closing guest checks, recording charges and gratuities, anticipating guest needs, ensuring satisfaction, offering suggestions, and responding promptly and appropriately to guest concerns and requests. Additionally, the coordinator will manage amenity deliveries by ensuring all requests are received, filed, ordered from the kitchen, and delivered promptly and accurately.
