Compliance with HACCP guidelines is essential. The position also involves obtaining, transcribing, and processing meal orders over the telephone, verifying diet order parameters, and providing appropriate menus. Excellent customer service, listening skills, and the ability to establish effective working relationships are crucial for this role, along with evaluating and maintaining quality control standards.
