About The Position
The Room Runner position is part of the Steakhouse department at Durango, a new generation of Station Casinos. Durango aims to be a welcoming destination for locals, offering best-in-class hospitality and exciting amenities. This role is critical in providing an approachable, luxury experience and creating memorable moments for guests through personal service and delighting others. The Room Runner is responsible for maintaining service stations, restaurants, and the kitchen with necessary supplies, transporting china, glass, and silverware between service areas and the dish room, and reporting product shortages and equipment needs to their supervisor.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.
- Ability to obtain all necessary work cards.

Responsibilities
- Keeping all service stations, restaurants, and kitchen fully stocked.
- Running dirty and clean china, glass, and silverware to and from dish room.
- Informing the immediate supervisor of any product shortages and equipment needs.
