Requirements

  • 1 year experience in room inspection, quality assurance, or related hospitality quality control roles
  • Experience in detailed quality assessment and reporting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual a plus
  • Read, write and speak English fluently.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
  • Proficiency with housekeeping software and systems
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough room inspections, systematically assessing cleanliness, maintenance, and overall room quality
  • Provide detailed feedback and recommendations to housekeeping staff based on inspection findings
  • Conduct inspections to ensure adherence to cleanliness and quality standards
  • Collaborate with other departments to meet guest expectations and address any issues
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating staff shifts
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
  • Uphold safety and sanitation standards, ensuring a healthy work environment
