Requirements

1 year experience in room inspection, quality assurance, or related hospitality quality control roles
Experience in detailed quality assessment and reporting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual a plus
Read, write and speak English fluently.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
Proficiency with housekeeping software and systems
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough room inspections, systematically assessing cleanliness, maintenance, and overall room quality
Provide detailed feedback and recommendations to housekeeping staff based on inspection findings
Conduct inspections to ensure adherence to cleanliness and quality standards
Collaborate with other departments to meet guest expectations and address any issues
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
Assist in scheduling and coordinating staff shifts
Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
Uphold safety and sanitation standards, ensuring a healthy work environment
