About The Position

Reikart House, A Tribute Portfolio Hotel is seeking a Housekeeping Inspector to help lead and support the housekeeping team. This role is essential in creating an exceptional guest experience by ensuring guest rooms and hotel spaces consistently meet Reikart House standards for cleanliness, presentation, safety, and comfort. Requirements

Strong attention to detail.
Excellent organization and communication skills.
Solid understanding of hotel housekeeping standards.
Comfortable providing feedback and coaching team members while maintaining a positive, professional approach.
Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, and movement throughout guest rooms, hallways, and other hotel areas.
Weekend and holiday availability may be required.

Nice To Haves

Previous hotel housekeeping experience is preferred.
Prior inspection, lead, or supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Inspect guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas to ensure they meet established cleanliness and presentation standards before being released for guests.
Coordinate daily housekeeping operations by assigning rooms, reviewing VIP arrivals and special requests, monitoring room status, and communicating with the Front Desk and Maintenance teams.
Coach and support Room Attendants, reinforce housekeeping procedures and safety standards.
Monitor supplies and inventory.
Assist with guest concerns and Lost & Found procedures.
Step in to support daily housekeeping operations when needed.
