About The Position

Reikart House, A Tribute Portfolio Hotel is seeking a Laundry Attendant to join their Housekeeping Team. This role is essential in ensuring the hotel's guest rooms and facilities are supplied with clean, fresh linens and towels daily. The position requires dependability, organization, and comfort with physical tasks, with a focus on maintaining cleanliness and smooth operations behind the scenes. Requirements

• Dependable, efficient, and attentive to detail.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work cooperatively with the Housekeeping Team.
• Comfortable operating commercial laundry equipment.
• Comfortable working in an environment that may become warm and humid.
• Prolonged standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, pushing, and pulling.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve and sort soiled linens and towels.
• Operate commercial washers and dryers.
• Fold clean linens.
• Organize and distribute linens throughout the hotel.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized laundry area.
• Ensure linens meet standards for cleanliness and presentation.
• Monitor laundry supplies.
• Properly use cleaning products and equipment.
• Communicate damaged or stained linens.
• Support the Housekeeping Team as needed.
